Return & Refund Policy

At PRC Candles, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy except in the case of damaged items. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


Exceptions – Damaged Items Only

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged during delivery.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage

  • Share a complete unboxing video as proof

If your claim meets these conditions, we will offer a replacement or exchange of equal value.


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If your item is approved under the damaged item policy, we will process a replacement or exchange only.


Important Notes

  • Sale, discounted, customized, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging


How to Report a Damaged Item

To report a damaged item:

If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with further return instructions.
