Exchange Policy (No Returns)

  • We follow a no return policy.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit.

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Submit a complete unboxing video.

  • Items approved for exchange must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
